Congratulations to Dr Ella Glikson who received an ISF Grant for NIS 260,000

Dr. Glikson, teaches an elective  course on Creativity and Innovation in our International MBA program.

The grant is to conduct research on social integration in multicultural virtual teams.  Social Integration is highly important to the performance of diverse teams and can be difficult to achieve.  Dr. Glikson will study the antecedents of social integration in teams and the ways in which high vs low levels of social integration are conveyed in team communication.  Understanding the signs of high vs low integration via analyzing team communication can facilitate the development of automated intervention tools that will support teamwork and facilitate better social integration.  

Let us hope that she is able to use this research to help our students manage their group projects better!
